Less than 50 metres from the beach in one of the most select urbanisations in the western area, and about five minutes from Ciudadela by car, we offer you this habitable cave.

It is distributed in three completely different areas, as it faces two streets. It has private parking, we go down and we find a large porch with a great covered table to enjoy a good meal with family and friends. The rest of the area is almost covered by a large fig tree that provides shade and coolness in the hot summer afternoons in Menorca. In this area we have the entrance to the cave, without forgetting that we have a sink and barbecue area. The whole cave is open plan, loft style, and the nooks and crannies of the cave are used for the bedrooms and living area. Entering to the right we find the kitchen.

Going down the stairs of the swimming pool, to go out to the other street where the property is located, we find a small door that takes us to the enormous storage room that has the whole terrace of the swimming pool. In this storage room we have one of the bathrooms of the property, while the other one is in the outside area before entering the cave itself.
